Over 120 dealers and resellers attended the launch of gteq intelligent mobile held at the head office of aql (MVNE) in Leeds. Intelligent Mobile is an unbundled, white-label mobile service that allows dealers and resellers the ability to allocate geographic, non-geographic and international numbers to mobile phones and also choose the number that is presented when dialling. What’s more the service can record all calls to FSA standards and offers fixed line functionality such as IVR and Group Calling. The service can even allocate a static IP address to a SIM, making it ideal for machine-2-machine applications.
Keith Horsted, gteq’s Channel Development Director said that “the initial response has been overwhelming as dealers see the potential of the service in the market”. Alan Weldon, Managing Director of Ecosse Group Ltd stated that “I’ve already spoken to 3 of my dealers and it’s not a case of if they want it but when can they get it!”
