STL Communications has been on the road with the Speedy roadshow bus as it travelled the UK visiting Speedy depots from London to Leeds, Birmingham to Glasgow.

STL works with Speedy to provide ready to use telephone systems for Speedy mobile accommodation pods using hosted IP telephony. Each Speedy cabin arrives on site as a fitted out office complete with furniture, floor coverings, heating, lighting and now also has a telephone system.

Construction firms from around the UK were able to see the telephone system in use on the bus and find out first-hand what the benefits are to site workers. Simon Brookes, STL’s account manager for Speedy commented, “There was huge interest in the new communications package from Speedy customers. VoIP has revolutionised communications on building sites and with STL’s help Speedy is now able to provide communications along with their other services. We also supply rugged mobile phone handsets designed for use in extreme conditions.”
