Last month Siphon Networks, an SIP solutions Systems Integrator and Services Company, in conjunction with its vendor and affiliate partners, Acme Packet, Broadsoft, Novitell, Iptego, CTI Group, Polycom and CT3 Europe, staged “Hosted Services 09” at Urban Golf in London which was focused on the theme of “How to Drive Profitability from Hosted Services”. With attendance from over 40 Internet Telephony Service Providers and Vendors the event generated lively debate and presentation material which focused on delivering new innovative services such as Call recording and Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) whilst also reducing operational costs and leveraging the investment on existing Hosted VoIP and Unified Communications platforms.

Prizes for the golf event were generously provided by Polycom and CT3 Europe but unfortunately nobody managed to threaten the £25,000 cash prize for a hole in one!

Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin Winner was Darren Cubitt from Vibe Communications (Presented by Tim Alexander, Polycom)

Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin Runner Up was Paul Norris from Global Crossing.
