Connectivity Market Report

We are publishing a special Market Report on ‘Connectivity (including Fibre, 4G and 5G), due to appear in Comms Business August 2021 edition.

All contributions will be considered based on the merit of the submission, so if you would like to be considered for inclusion, please see synopsis below and submit your answers (up to 750 words) to the editorial questions by the 6th July.

Connectivity is the lifeblood of the digital world. This feature will examine where we are on the road to newer technology generations, with FTTP and 5G now available in many areas of the UK, and how channel partners are helping businesses unlock the full potential of connectivity.

We will ask:

  • Where are we in the transition to FTTP and 5G?
  • What does improved connectivity mean for the channel?
  • Has the pandemic changed how businesses think about connectivity? Is there a new willingness to invest in strong infrastructure?
  • What connectivity solutions are in demand right now?
  • What opportunities are available to channel partners?
  • Any case studies of connectivity projects involving channel partners? UK-based projects particularly useful.

Market reports are optional and free to contribute to and you can still pay to advertise around them in the usual way. Here is a separate paid for opportunity to help you expose even more content and to generate enquiries around extra newsletters we have planned throughout the month:

  • Publish Market Report in Comms Business on ‘Connectivity (including Fibre, 4G and 5G)’ – free submissions (up to 750 words) are considered with or without advertising, but not guaranteed
  • Deliver a series of FOUR specialist weekly e-newsletters, to include additional insightful content and your branded logo (amongst others) throughout the whole month (each to 16,000 subscribers).
  • Website traffic driving – Leaderboard & Sky Takeover (30,000 monthly impressions / 13,000 unique ICT professional visitors = limited availability)
  • Host a Podcast OR Vodcast to address key issues (broadcast to our LinkedIn & Twitter followers, YouTube & Comms Business Website viewers).

E-newsletter Series – 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th August

Additional content for the weekly e-newsletters can be provided in the form of short opinion pieces (around 500-750 words per e-newsletter), additional Q&As, or a mix of both (i.e. one of the below) every week:

  • 3 x opinion pieces with 3 Q&As
  • 2 x opinion pieces with 6 Q&As
  • 1 x opinion piece with 9 Q&As

Deadline for supplying content for specialist weekly e-newsletters will be ONE WEEK prior to each one.  Alternatively, we can use your content from the market report written in Comms Business if you’d prefer to not provide additional content.

Choosing a commercial option (1st attachment) will ensure that your content and branding is included within all FOUR e-newsletters, we will work with you to engage with Channel Partners and share leads from the project with you to help build your pipeline and to take your own business forwards – to demonstrate ROI we provide e-newsletter stats reports for branded logos and content link clicks.
