The training centre will be staffed by ShoreTel-certified Cohort trainers who will run "Implementing ShoreTel IP system" training courses for resellers, qualifying them to install ShoreTel UC systems at customer sites. The training centre is equipped with the latest ShoreTel training kit, and offers trainees the highest level of support.
