Nemesis Networks Connects Brimingham with Liverpool

Keter UK, a manufacturer of a wide range of plastic products based in Israel, engaged with Nemesis Networks as they needed to fully support, from an IT and Telecoms perspective, a remote warehouse site. Keter's UK head office is based in Birmingham and the warehouse is in Liverpool, the two sites being separated by 150 miles.

Nemesis Networks designed and installed a solution that encompassed a new integrated Siemens HiPath 3350 phone system with PA speakers, CAT 6e data cabling and a HP Proliant server. Nemesis also project managed the installation of a BT ISDN30 and now also carry the site voice traffic.

Having all this provided by Nemesis Networks allows Keter to have all their IT and Telecoms requirements centralised, which ensures lead times on trouble shooting are reduced and they can take advantage of cost and time savings, one call to Nemesis and the problem will be resolved.

Keter could not justify a full time technical support person to manage their remote sites. In the past the Carriers (such as BT) would say it was a phone system fault, the phone system supplier could then say it was an IT fault and the customer would be chasing their tales trying to get the problem fixed. Nemesis now has full accountability to ensure it’s one call from the customer and the fault will be project managed to resolved status.

“Nemesis was fantastic throughout the installation project,” said Ian Morley, Keter UK’s IT manager. “The new technology is easy to use, and, with key features like voicemail, will enable our warehouse staff to communicate with ease. The project was completed in excellent time, and the advice provided by Nemesis consultants on site was extremely valuable.”

"Nemesis have the ability to provide single supplier billing for IT and Telecommunications, it is an increasing trend for IT & Telecoms budgets to be integrated in to a single technology budget, Nemesis can offer a bespoke billing of solutions to the customers exact requirements, which supports the requirements of businesses such as Keter UK", Kevin Cheston Managing Director Nemesis Networks.
