plan.com launches new mobile services with BT Wholesale

plan.com has today launched new mobile services through its Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) agreement with BT Wholesale.

The deal, which has expanded the wireless and wireline connectivity, is now available to plan.com customers, providing access to EE’s 4G and 5G network including VoLTE and VoWiFi functionality.

plan.com specialises in the provision of connectivity and productivity solutions to UK businesses via its my.plan platform. Designed to operate seamlessly across devices, services and networks, my.plan aims to help businesses to connect, configure and control all aspects of their business communications in one place.

The MVNO agreement will provide customers with more choice, flexibility and access to a second mobile network, allowing them to leverage EE’s superfast 4G and 5G speeds and improved connectivity.

Dan Craddock, CEO and co-founder of plan.com (pictured above) said that the launch is a ‘significant step forward’ for the business, commenting: “We have improved our platform capability, enhanced our value proposition, and with two UK mobile networks now on our my.plan platform, our channel partners and customers will benefit from an improved suite of products, services and functionality, designed to meet their changing needs.”

Nick Wootten, MVNO director at BT Wholesale described it as an exciting development for the channel and plan.com customers.

“With business customers placing an increasing importance on data speeds and 5G coverage, we’re delighted to see this new mobile proposition go live on the market leading plan.com portal, ensuring such valued customers also have access to the UK’s best 5G network and super-fast low latency connectivity across the UK, as we progress our plans to deliver a 5G solution anywhere in the UK by 2028,” Wootten added.
