USL Achieves Silver Solution Provider Status With Mitel

Northamptonshire based reseller USL has achieved accreditation as a Mitel Silver Solution Provider. This designation enables USL to sell, install and maintain the Mitel 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP).

Andrew Duck, Managing Director, USL, cites the advantages of being a part of Mitel’s award-winning global Solution Provider program, “Attaining Mitel Silver Solution Provider status is particularly beneficial to us and our customers as it represents our commitment to a complete Voice portfolio. Our VoIP and Telephony services offered to the third party channel allow our partners to maximise on opportunities and profit within their customer base, whilst providing protection from the competition.”

To attain Mitel Solution Provider status, USL met a comprehensive list of criteria involving product and sales training, customer satisfaction measures, as well as demonstrating a strict adherence to specific customer support guidelines. As an accredited Solution Provider, USL will receive ongoing Mitel product training, technical and sales support.

Since 1999, USL has been at the forefront of the new generation of telephony. Last year, USL's revenue from VoIP rose by 30% compared to 2004. With the recent accreditation from Mitel, USL will continue to develop this area with vendor independent consultancy, network readiness reports and leasing options.
