Diversity in the Channel

Diversity in the Channel

We are publishing a special Market Report on ‘Diversity in the Channel’, due to appear in Comms Business February 2021 edition.

Please CLICK HERE to view last year’s digital edition, which featured the same topic with contributions from: Sky Business, VanillaIP, Nimans, BT Wholesale and TalkTalk Business.

If you would like to be considered for market report to be published in our February 2021 edition, please see synopsis and editorial questions below

This feature will discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion across the channel. We are looking for insight from those working at vendors, distributors and partners about their own experiences, as well as from management at these companies about what they are doing to bring diversity and inclusion to their business. We are looking for written comments around the below questions.

  • What has been your experience?
  • Are things changing?
  • Have you seen any initiatives that work well? How about any that mean well but aren’t the right thing to do?
  • Is enough being done? If not, what else can be done?
  • Has gender pay gap reporting made a difference? Ethnicity pay gap reporting?

For consideration, please submit your answers to – charlotte.hathway@markallengroup.com

The Plan – February 2021

  • Publish special ‘Diversity in the Channel’  Market Report in Comms Business, February edition (Artwork deadline for advertising – 18th January)
  • Deliver a series of FOUR specialist ‘Diversity’ weekly e-newsletters, to include your content and branded logo amongst others (throughout February, each to 18,000 subscribers) every week
  • Host a Podcast OR Vodcast to address key issues (broadcast to our LinkedIn & Twitter followers, YouTube & Comms Business Website viewers)
  • Target our database of resellers with your own branded E-cast, the perfect tool for generating NEW leads to grow your database of prospects (10,000 Resellers, MSPs, VARs and Systems Integrators)

Additional content for the weekly e-newsletters can be provided in the form of short opinion pieces (around 500-750 words), additional Q&As, or a mix of both (i.e. one of the below):

  • 4 x opinion pieces
  • 12 Q&As
  • 3 x opinion pieces with 3 Q&As
  • 2 x opinion pieces with 6 Q&As
