Brick-it is the first soap series to be made exclusively for mobile phones. It launches at the end of January with a new five-minute episode available every weekday to all video enabled phones.Farringdon Road Films says the series boasts some of the best new acting talent around and a production team whose credits include Eyes Wide Shut, Shakespeare in Love, and Band of Brothers. The content “will show off 3G capabilities at their best while remaining impactful on 2.5G devices”. Said director Henry Mason: “This represents a major step-change in the production of downloadable content … This is surely the future of entertainment”.
