Gilberto has scored 7 goals so far this season, 5 in the last month, and a goal in the last 3 games. He is second in the midfield form tables behind Ronaldo, and is also only 5 points behind fellow midfielder Cesc Fabregas in the overall points table, and at a cost of 7.5, is considerably cheaper than Fabregas at 9.0.
Obafemi Martins
Newcastle striker Martins has been in a rich vein of recently, having scored 6 goals and 2 assists in the last 6 games, performances which have also earned him 10 bonus points. Martins is now 4th in the strikers overall points table, on the same points as Manchester United's Louis Saha, but at almost 1 million less than Saha, he could be a potential bargain.
Nicolas Anelka
