M&S has signed with Microsoft for a wireless email pilot, initially providing 20 executives with Windows smartphones (Qtek 8010s) to access their Outlook accounts.
They will also get a prototype ‘retail dashboard’ – Conchango’s Retail KPI, which will remote access to sales, stock and order information.
