Opera Software has released a beta version of its Opera Mini 4 web browser for mobiles, and it continues the fine Opera tradition with a complete redesign built for speed – it is claimed to be more than twice as fast as any other mobile browser – and including a clever new zoom mode (Opera Mini dives into the page and then snaps to the content so scrolling is smooth as well as fast: very cool).
