Orange fined by French

Orange has been fined €256m (around £175m) by France’s competition commission for rigging the mobile market. Also in the dock were the other big French mobile operators, SFR (fined €220m) and Bouygues Telecom (€58m).The fine ruling alleges the three exchanged information and agreed to a freeze in market shares between 2000 and 2002. At least there was no accusation of actual price-fixing.
