BenQ Corp posted a bigger than- expected loss in the fourth quarter. Taiwan’s largest mobile-phone maker took the hit for the Siemens takeover in that period,which turned a year- ago profit of NT$200m into a loss of NT$6bn.BenQexpects the Siemens operation to start turning around this year; profitability is reportedly regarded as more important than market share.
