A T-Mobile survey has found that SME managers believe that the inability to make use of dead time is costing their businesses an average of £60,000 per year. Conveniently for T-Mobile, they’re also turning to mobile technology — according to the research, over half of all SME managers (52%) now provide mobile technology for their staff and 83% agree that this has enabled them to respond to customer queries more quickly.
