Future products and services will be available on the self service terminal including internet vouchers, gaming vouchers and international call time. Consumers will also be able to pay household bills through the terminal.
Paul Charmatz, Deputy Managing Director at payzone commented: Self service vending is a key part of the future of retail in the UK, we believe the technology platform and the unit that The Hub deploys is unique in the market. Our partnership is consistent with our business goal of partnering with key technology platforms and bringing the best available margins to our retailers, whilst offering convenience to consumers.
Sam Rudder, Chief Executive of The Hub noted: The Hub has been involved in deploying self service terminals (SSTs) for over a decade. As a result our hardware, software and card processing terminals are well established. payzone are the leader in their market and we are delighted they have chosen us as their SST partner for their content. Our SST solution allows us to carry any content, but mobile top up and bill payment are crucial to our ambitions and we believe will help retailers to compliment their existing over the counter access to such services
