Vodafone is suing Russia’s Vodafone Telecom to regain the right to use its trademark in the country. Vodafone Group says Vodafone Telecom registered the Vodafone name in Russia but does not provide any services under the Vodafone trademark; Vodafone Telecom counters that it plans to start offering mobile content services soon, including logos and ringtones.
