What to expect at Channel Live!

MSPs
We are gearing up for Channel Live 2022, which kicks off at the end of this month! Between 30 and 31 March, the event returns to an in-person gathering at Birmingham’s. Comms Business talks to the channel community about what to expect at the event.

Channel Live brings resellers, MSPs, and VARs together with vendors, distributors, service providers and expert speakers from across the industry. We are all looking forward to getting together to do business, examine new and emerging technologies and products, and hear from expert speakers and panellists.

Daryl Pile, managing director, channel at Gamma, said, “Visit the Gamma stand at Channel Live which offers the opportunity to learn about our range of products to support voice, mobile and connectivity, aimed at helping you to meet customer needs in a changing world. In particular, you will be able to explore how our partners are maximising the huge opportunities presented by UCaaS and CCaaS.” The company’s sales specialists will be on hand for demonstrations and to discuss how Horizon Contact fits with Gamma’s portfolio of products, including Horizon, PhoneLine+ and Mobile.

Zoom will be demonstrating why its platform is an intuitive, scalable, and secure choice for large enterprises, small businesses, and individuals alike. Zuleika Philips, channel and carriers leader for the UK and Ireland, Zoom, explained, “Zoom is exhibiting at Channel Live to showcase our commitment to channel partners and highlight why Zoom is business critical and should be part of all growth plans in 2022.

“The last few years have shown unprecedented growth for Zoom and also allowed us to reinvest back into our product portfolio, releasing innovations to embrace change, enable hybrid workforces and support organizations with providing the necessary tools and solutions to grow their business.

“In addition to the constant investment in research and development, Zoom has redefined our commitment to our Channel ecosystem of distributors, master agents, value-added resellers, carriers, service providers and ISVs with a focus on our three key pillars.”

Those three pillars are increasing sales alignment, ease of doing business, and partner profitability. Philips added, “Come and see us and let us show you how we can increase the value of your company and be successful in the year ahead together.”

Debut exhibitors

Channel Live has many exhibitors that return year-on-year, but a number of companies are making their debut this year. Debut exhibitors include Callroute, which offers UCaaS and CCaaS platforms, as well as traditional on-premise telephony equipment.

The company offers two reseller programs: referral, whereby partners get paid on the opportunities you introduce to us to; and resale, whereby partners purchase Callroute at reseller discount levels and add your own value to the end customer.

Ewan Haig, CEO at Callroute, said, “At Channel Live, our first channel event, we will be launching our new partner programmes and portal. We look forward to showing the Channel around the solution and demonstrating our disruptive play within the market – visit us on stand 404!”

Elsewhere, Community Fibre will be exhibiting its business services for the first time and invites attendees to come and meet the team on stand 400, where the company will share detail on the partner onboarding process and Community Fibre’s network footprint. The Community Fibre network currently covers 26 London boroughs, so partners can offer services to a significant number of new and existing customers across London. The company is seeking new partners who want to offer their customers 100 per cent full fibre broadband services at affordable prices.
