The Project and Service Delivery Coordinator will report to The Managing Director.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate for this position will have previously worked in the IT and Telecoms industry and have excellent knowledge of coordinating delivering IT and Telecoms projects.  The candidate must be able to work clearly and concisely with other team members and our customers.  And will be responsible for working with our sales team, suppliers and customers to deliver IT and Telecoms projects and outstanding customer service.  We are seeking a detail-focused individual who can ensure that each project is completed competently, on time and within budget.

 

 Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To work with the sales team to effectively deliver customer projects.
  • To work with the customer during and on completion of the project, always keeping the customer up to date with progress.
  • To answer any customer queries, promptly and correctly.
  • To update CRM/systems accurately.
  • Produce supplier/customer purchase orders and invoices.
  • To be able to communicate with suppliers and order hardware/software.
  • To work with suppliers to order services, manage and implement those services.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Able to communicate confidently with customers, via telephone, email and video call.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to take direction and effectively execute the task.
  • Demonstrate understanding of project coordination concepts.
  • Proficient in an array of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent self and time management.
  • Experience in customer management and project delivery
  • Experience in the Managed Services sector including IT and Telecoms
  • A good command of verbal and written English

 

Other:

Location: Office based (Central London) and work from home

Salary: circa £30k– depending upon experience
