2e2 Awarded Gold status from the UK’s Institute of IT Training

IT services and solutions provider 2e2 has achieved Gold accreditation status from the Institute of IT Training (IITT). The award is further recognition of the high standard of training offered by 2e2 and will further bolster its position in the IT training sector.

As part of the Institute's role in establishing, managing and raising standards in IT training, the Institute assesses the processes and inherent abilities of corporate training departments and external training providers through a range of targeted accreditation programmes.

2e2 training has already established a reputation in the market for excellence; reflected in the growing demand for training by its customers and an increase in revenues of 20% over the last year.

“2e2 has been IITT accredited for several years consistently showing its commitment to quality and improvement,” said Vic Wiseman, Director of Accreditation at IITT. “We are delighted that 2e2 has made the commitment to achieve Gold Status: it is entirely worthy of its status with IITT.”

The Institute's accreditation standard’s are recognised as the de facto standard in the IT training industry, and are now a requirement for the majority of training tenders in Government and corporations.

To achieve IITT’s Accredited Status, organisations are benchmarked against 30 best-practice key performance indicators. Compliance is verified with recognised standards and a commitment must be shown by incorporating an established Code of Practice.

Holders of the IITT’s Gold Standard Accreditation (GSA) such as 2e2 not only commit to providing the highest quality training, but also ensure all of their employed trainers hold certificates of training recognised by the IITT.

“With this Gold status, 2e2 finds itself among the IT training elite,” commented 2e2’s Director of Training, Samantha Kinstrey.
