2e2 in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100

Newbury based reseller 2e2 is ranked 24th within the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, the national league table which ranks Britain’s one hundred private companies with the fastest-growing sales over a three-year period.

Formed in 2002, 2e2 has become the UK’s fastest growing IT Services and Solutions organisation. It is regarded as one of the most respected and high-quality IT services providers in the UK and the Netherlands and has reported year on year growth which has been recognised by Fast Track.

2e2 has been recognised for its growth in revenues, which have increased from £11m in 2002 to £112.3m in 2005. During this time the Company has also performed 10 acquisitions, including Prime Business Solutions, which it acquired in 2004 for £20m.

More recently the Company released interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2006. It reported a 61% increase in revenues to £74.3m (H1 2005: £46.2m) and a 25% increase in operating profits to £5m (H1 2005: £4m). With the support of Duke Street Capital, the mid-market private equity fund manager and annual run-rate revenues of £156m the Company is on track to achieve revenues of £450m by the end of 2009.
