4Com Proposition Wows Channel

Neil Moulton, Sales Director at 4Com Channel Partners, says that his bundled products, training and recruitment channel proposition is ‘drawing in partners in their droves’.

“We held our first partner meeting last week signalling that 4Com Channel Partners is very much ‘open for business’. The 4Com products bundle includes Call Recording, Oak Telecom’s Smart Phone and AI call management plus the On Hold Marketing application.

Moulton points out that whilst the list price for all these products is £4995 4Com partners can get the whole bundle for £999.

“At these prices, and with our training, we are turning these applications in to commodity products that can be sold with each and every PBX system by our partners.

The training we provided at our first partner event is part of a management program that shows our partner principals how to grow their business. 4Com’s success has been built upon effectively communicating to staff the sales pitch you want to get across to your customers and making sure it is then delivered on a consistent and regular basis.”

Moulton concludes, “The training we provide our channel partners is unlimited – as much as the partner needs based upon a program we agree with them following a profiling process.
