4net Technologies have been awarded with the Avaya Platinum Partner status – Avaya’s highest level of partner accreditation in recognition of their ability to serve potential and existing customers, according to Avaya’s new Connect programme guidelines.
Along with the new Avaya Platinum Partner status, 4net Technologies have also retained their Partner in Customer Excellence status, which is based upon a higher number of Customer Satisfaction responses and at a significantly higher score of at least 88%.
