Computerlinks Tackles BYOD Security Problems

Computerlinks UK has announced an agreement with iScan Online, pioneers of opportunistic BYOD security scanning on any device, to bring innovative enterprise mobility solutions to managedservice providers and channel resellers. The addition of iScan Online enhances Computerlinks' existing portfolio and enables resellers to help their customers securely deliver business applications to users, whatever the device.

iScan Online is available exclusively via channel partners and can be white labelled to form part of an existing mobility security solution. The recommended fee for an annual licence is £10.00 per device. While affordable, the solution provides an additional revenue opportunity for IT channel looking for best of breed enterprise mobility solutions for their customers.

iScan Online enables organisations to perform vulnerability, PCI and data discovery scans on mobile devices, through a series of browser-based technologies, mobile apps and cloud solutions. iScan Online enables enterprise-wide concurrent scanning for multiple devices and supports Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, Android and Apple iOS devices. It also offers a downloadable version for integrating with popular remote monitoring and management solutions. Mobile device security scanning with iScan Online enables devices to be accessed from the cloud, allowing organisations to secure thedevices of remote workers regardless of their location or network connection.
