8MAN has appointed Dyanemo as its flagship UK distributor in a bid and grow its channel community.
8MAN Access Rights Management (ARM) solutions for Microsoft and virtual server environments protect companies against unauthorized access to sensitive data. The software platform is used by more than 1,000 enterprises across Europe including German Air Traffic Control, Science and Technology Facilities Council and Colas Rail.
“Working with Dyanemo offers us a chance to develop a true partnership where our distributor adds value to our channel partners through actively going out and opening doors and supporting the sales cycle,” says Simon Cuthbert, Head of International for 8MAN, “This is particularly pertinent with GDPR placing more relevance on the role of Access Rights Management, which is the foundational requirement for building a security posture needed to enact the policies to help reach and stay compliant.”
Mark Corrigan, UK Sales Director for Dyanemo said, “8MAN has had tremendous success in Europe and our aim is to replicate that growth in the UK with a true value added approach that will support the channel and win more business. We are already in discussion with a number of our key contacts and our expectation is to grow the number of partners by around 30% in the first year with a cap of around 30 partners to ensure the market is not oversaturated.”
“8MAN is a perfect fit for our portfolio which is focused around IT infrastructure and cyber security technologies, especially around regulatory issues such as GDPR, PCI and other areas where technology and policy intersect. We employ a highly experienced team, run our own technical evaluation labs and believe in a flexible approach to solution design which allows us to offer a level of service that our channel partners expect from a VAD,” Corrigan adds.
Commenting on the announcement, Kevin Penn, CEO of Essential NET, a highly regarded UK partner added, “8MAN is a switched on technology that is simple to implement and easy to use and we are actively engaged in demand generation to bring it to our clients. Dyanemo are an up and coming distributor and the type of proactive and engaged organisation that we want to work with to help drive new business.”
