8x8 Partners with Zest4

8x8 has partnered with Zest4 to bring together 8x8’s integrated enterprise-grade cloud communications, contact centre and team-collaboration solutions to the UK market. This new relationship positions Zest4 as a Service Provider Distributor, enabling its channel partners, supporting mid-market and enterprise companies, to sell 8x8 X-Series Virtual Office and 8x8 Virtual Contact Center within its cloud and unified communications and collaboration portfolio.

8x8’s cloud solutions for the mid-market and enterprise segment expands Zest4’s portfolio to better meet the needs of multi-location, distributed organisations requiring integrated, enterprise-grade business communications and collaboration solutions. In addition, the new alliance allows Zest4 to scale its business through recruiting new channel partners, and its existing channel partner base, by offering bundled solutions.

“Everyone at Zest4 is delighted to be partnering with 8x8; this new association allows us to offer the Unified Communications Partner Channel a full end-to-end service on the 8x8 proposition with competitive pricing and full sales and service support. We are always looking to invest in technology areas we know will bring our partners long-term revenue growth, and now that they can offer a quality cloud platform to their customers, we’ve opened this up for them.” said Mandy Fazelynia, Operations and Business Development Director, Zest4 Limited.

“Zest4 Limited has delivered significant success to-date, and their position as a major partner, and Cloud Solutions provider enables us both to scale to new heights, with high standards of best-of-breed solutions, services and support. Together we will drive and deliver on the expectations of Zest4’s channel partners, and customer base” said Charles Aylwin, UK Channel’s Director, at 8x8. “Whether or not a partner has sold Cloud, linking up with Zest4 will enable them to easily access a high-growth market and to build revenue opportunities with 8x8 solutions at minimal risk.”
