Elite Ramps Up Growth Strategy with Quadruple Hire

UK Based network carrier Elite has kicked off the next phase of their ambitious growth strategy with a quadruple hire.

David Simmons, Managing Director at Elite says “All new appointments have been filled with the customer in mind. We provide high-quality connectivity, cloud, voice and data centre solutions to hundreds of partners and thousands of businesses across the UK, so it was imperative that we chose new team members who can deliver their expertise to the customer and add new verticals for Elite. We have a very ambitious open-ended growth strategy and the four new appointments compliment this perfectly.”

Charlotte Minshull is Elite’s new specialist Finance Manager and joins with a strong IT and Telecoms background. Charlotte is taking control of the financial activities within Elite and also acting as an escalation path for our customers, to improve the service that we deliver from the billing team. She will be implementing both new and streamlined processes to compliment Elite’s organisational processes.

Chris Theobold joins us as a new Sales Executive with a keen interest in Technology, having spent years working for a web based analyictics technology company - later moving into the wonderful world of Telecoms. Chris will be working to grow Elite’s Channel Partner portfolio. The Elite ethos is one that customers come first, every time. Chris shares in this mentality, striving to deliver the best possible service to each and every channel partner.

Elite's new Service Delivery & Ops manager, Adele comes from the carrier industry, working for a well renowned wholesale IP Voice carrier where she filled the role of Operations manager. She joins Elite with strong experience in procedural change and policy implementation, experience that she learnt from a long career working for a global recruiting company. Adele also works as an escalation path for Broadband and Ethernet provisioning, ensuring that our resellers and customers are given the highest quality service.

Emily Kemp comes to Elite from another ISP and Voice Carrier, meaning her knowledge of our industry is extensive. Emily previously worked in Customer Service and Service Implementation for many years. The role of Service Desk Agent at Elite is a brand new and varied role with a focus on customer service which also incorporates some technical capabilities. In turn, this will help us to deliver even better customer service and manage internal processes. Emily really enjoys the technical aspect and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
