Distributor Nimans’ Avaya team is a qualified success - and that’s official! Business Manager Tim Freeth along with Julie Greaves and Kay Booth who work in Channel Development have achieved Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) sales accreditations, joining Technical Support specialists Marvin Tress and Barry Cole who have earned Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) qualifications.
The three successfully completed an Avaya on-line course assessment and training module looking at product and sales knowledge as well as product positioning within the marketplace. Tress and Cole worked through a number of training modules, an on-line course assessment and final exam, covering all technical aspects of Avaya IP Office.
“These qualifications demonstrate the high calibre fully trained staff we have at Nimans,” explained Freeth. “We are a very strong team, fully equipped to offer all the support our business partners require, from a sales and technical support perspective.”
