A String of Awards for RHM

Gloucester based RHM Telecommunications has been awarded Avaya SMBS Gold Partner status ahead of schedule. The award came after what was already a strong run of recognition for the firm.

The reseller says Avaya is an important partner having helped RHM to deliver effective converged data and voice networks – “it’s all part of a balanced approach aimed at delivering the widest range of business communication services.”

Managing Director Myles Leach is delighted with a year of major progress. “Achieving Avaya Gold Partner status so soon was a major boost. We’ve already been voted BT Indirect Channels ‘Core Partner of the Year 2004/5’ and BT MATP Partner of the Quarter; and we’ve also just been awarded Gold Partner status by BT. Awards matter to us because they are only achieved when the necessary levels of expertise and quality have been reached.”

Sales Director Nick Thomas, an ex-BT man himself, also sees Avaya Gold Partner status as an important milestone and he is pleased too with the recent award of Investors In People to RHM. “The Avaya status reflects our commitment to excellence at all levels of our organisation and our focus on maximising clients’ payback.

“RHM works with small and medium businesses in the South West and corporate organisations nationally. That means staying responsive and flexible and I think some of our recent work with the Investors In People program has helped in establishing a culture of commitment. The whole team was certainly pleased to be told that we had been recommended for IIP accreditation after two years of hard work.”
