Abzorb is pleased to announce it has been awarded ISO 27001 Information Security Management (ISMS) and ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) certifications by auditors Alcumus ISOQAR.
Both ISO standards are internationally recognised management systems designed to help organisations implement a robust approach to managing quality and information security. These standards also help organisations to continually improve their services and streamline their operational processes.
By adhering to the standards laid out within the ISO 9001 QMS, Abzorb monitors and improves upon the quality of the services it provides; likewise its adherence to the standards within the ISO 27001 ISMS, Abzorb ensures a secure operational environment.
ISO certification provides evidence to our customers, partners and employees that Abzorb is committed to providing an unrivalled and trusted quality of service with excellence and security at its core.
Over the last year Abzorb has worked closely with ISO experts, Synergos Consulting, to implement both systems.
“Working with Abzorb to implement ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 has been a positive and rewarding experience. The various departments worked extremely hard to achieve these highly sought after and credible certifications that will now support the business further to achieve their objectives and provide further business opportunities. Well done to you all for contributing to this much deserved success.” Jenny Kilburn, MD, Synergos Consultancy.
Ben Sugden, Head of IT, Abzorb, added, “We consider the quality of the services we offer as being one of the primary differentiators when comparing our services with those of our competitors. Successfully achieving these ISO certifications is a testimony to our determination to ensure we continually improve those services, whilst maintaining a secure and reliable operational infrastructure.”
Mark Riddell, Head of Indirect Channel at Abzorb added, “Attaining ISO certifications is a huge recognition of the efforts of the entire Abzorb team on which we are extremely proud. ISO 9001 and 27001 certification reflects our commitment to quality, information security, and ultimately, our commitment to our partners.”
