Abzorb has announced a strategic partnership with Genius Networks, developer of the CRISP core routing infrastructure and provider of global network services.
The partnership will benefit Abzorb customers with a streamlined provisioning process, ease of deployment and simplification of service level management. In particular, Genius will provide its unique approach to implementing international networks. This will meet a growing demand from UK-based businesses and will bridge a gap in the services offered by many network providers and carriers.
Abzorb has developed a reseller online pricing and ordering Portal which encompasses all major carriers. The portal allows resellers to manage their customer base to maximise sales opportunities across the complete Abzorb product set.
The Portal offers the functionality to create e-contracts for E-mail and Tablet sign off. All of this is available on the reseller’s own branded contract and, when digitally signed, these will be processed automatically by Abzorb’s systems reducing re-keying and reducing error rates.
Steve Beeby, Abzorb Director, explains “We recognised the need to enhance our WAN and connectivity services to come in line with the demands of customers who need a simple solution to implementing increasingly complex unified communications. The Portal will aid our customers, allowing full online pricing and ordering with all major carriers including all the Genius products. In Genius Networks, we have a partner who has the responsive systems and services to meet these demands at both national and international levels. More and more businesses are seeking to capitalise on opportunities in overseas markets and with the help of Genius, we can now give our customers reliable communications on a global scale.”
Looking to the future, James Arnold-Roberts, Genius Director, explains how Abzorb and its customers will gain from the innovative approach taken by Genus Networks, “Our core network incorporates a state-of-the-art routing platform that removes the complexity of provisioning and provides unprecedented speed of deployment for UK, European or even global requirements. This is what our resellers are crying out for and I am confident this will give Abzorb competitive advantage in the long term.”
In response to demand for international connectivity, the Genius core network operates via ‘hubs’ located strategically around the world, minimising latency and guaranteeing the quality of service levels required for reliable delivery of voice and critical business services.
Arnold-Roberts, added: “The combination of our global hubs and best of breed carriers means we can control latency and eliminate the barriers to delivering business communications overseas. In turn, this opens the door to vast business opportunities for our reseller partners who previously had lacked confidence in network reliability and the deployment of cloud solutions.”
For Abzorb, the partnership with Genius Networks will play a strategic role in supporting customer migration to cloud services. Steve Beeby adds:
“We need to partner with specialists who can meet the demands of businesses embracing the benefits of hosted and cloud-driven processes. Working with Genius means we can deliver the reliability and assurance our customers need to take on these innovative solutions.”
