Actimax, a national supplier of telecommunications and IT infrastructure, has recently become one of Kcom’s Channel Partners. The companies say the agreement has extended Actimax’s connectivity capabilities further and provides them with a unique set of Multi Service Access propositions which have already had a positive impact on revenues for the Essex based reseller.
The announcement adds that resellers are often faced with a price competitive market so being able to provide services that sets the business apart from the rest is pivotal. Kcom, one of the country’s largest communications providers and with the largest network reach, provided Actimax with a point of presence on their national network infrastructure. This gives Actimax the ability to deploy several supplier neutral services to business end users across one connection.
Actimax have enhanced their one stop shop approach with this agreement, and they feel this will ultimately lead to higher average revenues per customer; lower churn and longer term commitments.
Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, says it has shown that this approach helps resellers to drive additional value from their circuit sales, and with the demand for multi service connectivity rising, the Kcom proposition is a cost effective and flexible way for resellers to service this demand.
