Actix will unveil a substantial new upgrade to its Actix Customer Experience Analytics solution on stand 6A71 at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The enhancement will mark a breakthrough in RAN analytics, providing operators with new customer insights to ensure the accurate geo-targeting of new capacity and effective optimization.
Throughout the event, Actix will also showcase its full range of solutions for the ActixOne platform, including geo-located Customer Experience Analytics, LTE Rollout Acceptance and automated Optimization.
Live demonstrations will highlight how operators across the world are using actionable subscriber, network and competitive intelligence from ActixOne to improve the customer experience, manage network complexity, optimize the RAN’s performance and make LTE rollouts a success.
