Adept Telecom announces shareholder benefit scheme

Adept Telecom, an independent provider of award winning telecommunications services for fixed line, mobile, and data connectivity products is pleased to announce the launch of a new shareholder benefits scheme.

The scheme is available to all shareholders owning a minimum of 1,000 shares. Shareholders who register with the scheme will be given free residential line rental worth around £120 per annum for as long as they remain eligible shareholders, subject to a contract to take fixed line calls and line from Adept Telecom.

Adept Telecom is one of the UK’s top independent providers of voice and data telecommunications services. The company provides fixed line calls, line rental and broadband to approximately 23,000 business customers and 14,000 residential customers.

The company’s primary focus is on the UK SME market, which at 30 September 2008 accounted for approximately 95% of its turnover.

Adept Telecom has strategic relationships with tier one suppliers such as BT, Cable & Wireless and Carphone Warehouse. The Company employs 65 members of staff at its offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
