Adept Telecom PLC said its full-year pre-tax profit rose 76 per cent reflecting its ability to integrate the acquired businesses quickly and added it acquired a customer base from Fizz Telecom Ltd, which will add over 5,000 business customers, for about £1.26m
The fixed line telecom services provider said its pretax profit increased to £789,329 for the year to March 31, 2007 from £449,695 last year. Turnover grew by 63 per cent to £18.8m driven by the acquisitions made during this year and the previous period.
The company said it is in the process of launching a wider range of products including broadband which will create new revenue streams.
