Aerial Telephones, based in Portsmouth, is the latest O2 Centre of Excellence partner to sign up with Crystal Ball.

Aerial Telephones general manager, David Hall, said he is delighted to be working with Crystal Ball on providing a comprehensive tracking and monitoring solution.

He added that some of his company’s recent work has been with housing associations, which have involved lone worker protection issues, and that the products supplied by Crystal Ball are exactly what those customers are looking for.

“At Aerial, we’re serious about our products and we’re serious about our training,” he commented. “As a result, fourteen of our sales staff have successfully completed the Crystal Ball training programme, which was excellent. They’re now fully versed with the products and can immediately understand all the benefits and match them to our customers’ needs.”

Hall added: “We’ve selected Crystal Ball as a partner because of the confidence we have in their innovative, exciting and unique product range, which gives us further differentiation. We genuinely believe we’ll gain traction incredibly quickly and look forward to being a key partner.”

Raj Singh, managing director at Crystal Ball, remarked: “Aerial Telephones has been in the business almost 25 years, it knows the market, and is a respected key partner with O2. Putting fourteen sales people through our training programme shows serious commitment on Aerial’s part and demonstrates its level of intent.”

Singh added that business apps are becoming more important, and Crystal Ball’s products and services are a perfect match for dealers and their customers. “Being able to work smarter in today’s business environment is an absolute must, and the benefits of these apps are clear, Aerial can see this too.”
