Affiniti, the communications integrator, created from Kingston Communications Business & Partner Services, Omnetica and Technica, has launched an extranet dedicated to its resellers, ISPs, media service providers and other channel partners.
According to Affiniti 20% or more of their combined revenues are derived from the channel and the company say they want to significantly increase this figure.
The extranet, called Engage (www.engage.affiniti.com) is an online tool designed to help channel partners manage their relationship with Affiniti more efficiently. Using Engage, channel partners can access a whole range of network services, including CPS, IDA and VoIP, enabling them to select the elements they need to deliver solutions for their clients.
The secure portal puts partners in control by enabling them to deliver their own network services online, resolve customer service issues with minimum effort and access useful marketing information to develop their business and provide an update on industry issues.
Andrew Tapley, managing director, Affiniti Partner Services said: “Engage will keep our channel partners in the know and in control. Initial feedback from them has been extremely positive and we believe this unique tool will help to give our partners a competitive edge. We will be adding new features and functions to Engage in the near future to make the portal more powerful and useful for the channel.”
