Synverse has launched an affordable Customer and Order Acquisition web portal to provide telecoms resellers and MVNO’s with a branded online sales channel. The portal handles the acquisition of new customer orders from the dealers and automatically provisions the service bundles with the wholesale providers according to built-in business processes.
Dealers will be provided with a hosted platform service on a monthly subscription by Maidenhead-based Synverse to minimise the launch and ongoing support costs.

The portal incorporates all the knowledge and experience Synverse has gained from deploying automated solutions with Tier 1 telecoms service providers”.
The portal is currently being deployed by a leading telco reseller offering converged telco services to their resellers. It will enable them to ramp up their channel sales without adding more staff and speed up the provisioning of services for their dealers.
The solution will be delivered pre-loaded with all the interfaces to the required telco wholesale feeds and the reseller’s business processes. It will be very easy to add new branded services including Energy, Insurance and Financial services as the feeds become available.
The initial Acquisition portal framework can be extended to support customer eCare services (bill look up and fault recording) and online shopping. Synverse is also partnering with salesforce.com to integrate the portal with their leading CRM solution.
