Akixi has announced that Paul Holden joined the as Head of Sales. With a remit covering Akixi’s global sales activity, Paul will manage the company’s sales operations and be responsible for opening new markets and channels, and driving new customer acquisition.
Paul joins the Akixi team from US-based SaaS contact centre and CRM company, Kustomer, where he played an instrumental role in building a robust pipeline and customer base in new international territories.

With over 30 years’ experience in the IT/telecoms industry, working for international service providers, IT resellers, and more recently global UCaaS, CCaaS and CRM cloud SaaS vendors, Paul looks forward to helping take Akixi to the next level of revenue and market share, and comments: “From the moment I met Bart and the Akixi team, it was clear that we shared a similar vision. The business has been growing rapidly month on month mainly in the UK and US markets, and by bringing my leadership, acquisition and international experience to the business I am excited to help Akixi achieve its goal to double revenues over the next three years with our channel-led go to market strategy.”
