Akixi has launched its latest update to its mobile app. The app continues to display real-time statistics on Akixi’s customisable wallboards, however this most recent release also includes an option for Akixi 2000 users to benefit from enhanced functionality with ACD agent reporting and control.
With this option enabled, supervisors are able to view ACD agent lists, summary and detailed statistic reports, BLF displays, as well as control an agent’s status, for example, signing agents in/out of call queues or setting their not-available codes.
This latest enhancement truly enables call centre managers not simply to view their call operations while they are away from the office. But with Akixi’s agent control, they can now be proactive in managing and adjusting their resources immediately, in response to real-time information, directly from the mobile app.
