AKJ are constantly looking to update the Affinity billing solutions offering in order to improve the user experience. The latest addition is an integration of the WLR3 Fault and Order Tracker (FAOT) which gives the user the ability to obtain Openreach Notes on faults and orders that may not be available via KCI Notifications.
Having this functionality available directly through Affinity is all about ease of use, this allows users to access the details via the WLR3 module of Affinity rather than via the Openreach Portal. Access to the FAOT is still available through the Openreach Portal however and can still be used in the usual way.
This new function is available for free to all those using the Affinity WLR3 module, however Openreach have stipulated a fair usage policy so customers will need to set up a minor Product Establishment through Openreach directly.
