Through these pre-packaged applications, this all-in-one solution simplifies the path to advanced communications by integrating innovative new technologies including unified communications, integrated management applications and contact centre capabilities to meet employees' needs. Through the 'user profile' approach, business partners can deliver a flexible, all-in-one server solution that brings the network, people, processes and knowledge together in a real-time business environment for greater employee productivity and satisfaction.
In addition, the Alcatel-Lucent BiCS system helps information and communication technology managers in mid-sized enterprises deploy key communication services in a flexible manner on a 'pay as you grow' basis. A demo licensing program allows for application 'test-drives', so companies can build the new capabilities into their business processes before purchasing them.
