Allvotec has today significantly expanded its operations following the acquisition of networking and physical infrastructure services provider, ISG Technology for an undisclosed fee. The acquisition enables Allvotec, the partner-only provider of managed and professional services in the UK, to bolster its networking, Wi-Fi and physical infrastructure capabilities, while also adding the experience and expertise of the Egham-headquartered ISG team to its business.
Following the launch of Allvotec in June this year, this latest move adds an additional 175 staff across the UK and Bulgaria and in excess of £25m of revenue and is further evidence of the company’s intent to become the leading Unified Communications and Technology Services Provider to UK Partners.
Glen Williams, CEO of Allvotec, said: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of ISG. This business complements and strengthens our existing portfolio and positions Allvotec for further growth. We are very excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings to both Allvotec’s and ISG’s customers”.
Dave Gardner, CEO of ISG, said: “This acquisition is a major milestone in ISG’s 35-year trading history, becoming part of Allvotec is a fantastic opportunity to deliver our services to a much broader set of partners and provides an exciting opportunity for
our employees and existing customers to be part of a larger, dynamic and innovative organisation.”
