ANT Telecom has been awarded the Avaya SME Expert Specialization accreditation, a certification that recognises an Avaya partner’s expertise, service quality, business processes and performance in meeting the needs of SME businesses.

Klaus Allion, joint managing director, ANT Telecom, says, “Our goal at ANT is always to provide our customers with the best possible service and the solution that is the best fit for their business, both in terms of benefits and cost-effectiveness. This includes ensuring that our engineers are knowledgeable and trained to the highest level and that stringent internal processes are in place; this accreditation is further indication of our commitment to the SME market.”

ANT Telecom has been an accredited Avaya partner since 2005, when Avaya merged with Tenovis, of whom ANT was a premier partner since 2002. This ten-year track record in selling, designing and implementing Avaya telecommunications solutions has given ANT a strong basis on which to develop a compelling offer for SME businesses.

Allion concludes, “For over 30 years ANT Telecom has helped companies to reduce cost and increase productivity through successful implementation of integrated communication systems. Our solutions have enabled organisations across various markets to improve communications with their customers, suppliers and with each other. The benefits have led to higher revenue streams, improved service levels, faster response times and better security.”

“But these benefits are even more critical to small and medium-sized businesses, who may not always have the in-house resource to develop an ICT strategy and infrastructure that fully supports their business needs and economics. Our key strengths are our well-chosen technology partners and our workforce who combine technical know-how with a strong focus to deliver an excellent service – to those customers to whom it matters most.”
