Aperture will become a division of Emerson Network Power, an Emerson business platform with annual revenues of approximately $5.2 billion. The addition of Aperture to Emerson Network Power’s portfolio will complement and enhance Emerson’s Liebert product line. As the physical infrastructure of data centers become rapidly more complex, driven by increasing demand for power and cooling coupled with technology advancements in IT hardware, the combination of the Aperture VISTA® products and the Liebert critical power, cooling and monitoring technologies supplied by Emerson, will enable data center professionals to manage that complexity more easily. By implementing tools and technologies that help them better understand the dynamics of the data center infrastructure, data center management will be better able to control these critical operations and thus increase the availability of business-critical systems.

Following the acquisition, Aperture will continue to operate as an autonomous business division of Emerson Network Power. Bill Clifford will remain as president of the Aperture division of Emerson.
