Arrow Electronics will support the acceleration of Check Point Software Technologies’ cloud security business in the EMEA region.
Check Point`s Managed Service Provider Program is now available on ArrowSphere, Arrow`s global multi-tier cloud platform for the channel. As part of the program, the security solution Check Point CloudGuard IaaS, can now be licensed as a Pay-As-You-Go model through ArrowSphere by channel customers.
Process efficiencies and increased network agility are driving IaaS and SDN technology adoption at a rapid pace. Businesses are facing new security challenges when they leverage these new infrastructures. Check Point CloudGuard IaaS helps protect assets in the cloud from cyber-threats with dynamic scalability, intelligent provisioning and consistent control across physical and virtual networks.
CloudGuard IaaS supports a broad range of public, private and hybrid cloud platforms. Advanced features such as auto-provisioning and auto-scaling along with automatic policy updates ensure security protections keep pace with all changes to a business` cloud. Additionally, CloudGuard IaaS supports a single unified console for consistent visibility, policy management, logging, reporting and control across all cloud environments.
“CloudGuard IaaS is the first Check Point solution made available on ArrowSphere”, says Alexis Brabant, vice president sales of Arrow`s enterprise computing solutions business in EMEA. “Security is continually cited as a key barrier to wide-spread enterprise cloud adoption. CloudGuard IaaS and Arrow provide an answer to ease the adoption and expansion of cloud services by allowing channel customers to serve their end customers with outsourced and centralized security management.”
Olivier Huck, Head of EMEA Channel at Check Point, says “Cloud security is a critical pillar of Check Point’s strategy and a top concern for our customers in today’s ever-changing digital landscape. By adding CloudGuard IaaS to ArrowSphere, Check Point increases its capabilities to address new business models from its partners and customers while reinforcing the strategic collaboration with Arrow, our largest distributor in EMEA.“
ArrowSphere enables the channel with a fast and efficient way to quote, order, manage, analyze and invoice a wide variety of cloud solutions. With its enhanced user experience and functionalities, the platform has been uniquely engineered to streamline the connection between cloud service providers, partners and end customers. A dedicated ArrowSphere team helps customers manage the entire workflow and supports channel customers in building and growing their cloud practice.
