AT Comms Deny Suggestions of a Buy Out

AT Communications Group Plc. has confirmed it is not in talks regarding an offer for the company, despite the recent press speculation and share price movement.

The Independent on Sunday reported AT Communications was in line for a possible management buyout this week in an offer which could be worth up to 40 pence a share.

The Independent said that Chief executive Alex Tupman, who founded the company, is said to be leading the bid to take AT private and is being advised by broker Cenkos.

In a statement the company said, “The board of AT Communications Group PLC (the 'Company') notes the recent press speculation and share price movement and confirms it is not in talks regarding an offer for the Company.
