AT Comms Post Favourable Preliminary Results

Reseller AT Communications Group Plc (ATC), who listed on AIM last year and subsequently acquired fellow reseller Sterry Communications and LCR company T-Liaison, has published its maiden preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005.

The Group highlights turnover up 57% to £15.1 million (2004: £9.6 million) and underlying organic growth up 20% with an underlying increase in hardware systems and applications of 64%.

Cash flow from operating activities before exceptional items was £0.8 million on operating profits of £1.15.

ATC report that IP technology sales now represent more than 94% of overall system sales, an enlarged customer base of over 5,000 customers across more than 11,500 sites and the purchase of Mitel’s 3600 Hosted IP voice application which will they say accelerate time to market of their IP managed service offering.

Alex Tupman, ATC Group Chief Executive commented, “We have made exceptional progress during the period, delivering excellent financial results and significantly advancing the strategic development of the business with two successful acquisitions where we are already maximising the growth opportunities that they bring. We offer our customers scaleable solutions that provide low total cost of ownership and rapid, demonstrable returns on investment with 24/7 service and maintenance support. As our customer base increases, particularly those with long term contracts we are growing our recurring revenues substantially, providing us with good forward visibility.”
