Atia Hits the Numbers

Reseller Atia, a Gold Partner of Swyx, has posted more than a 100% increase in revenues in 2008 on 2007, attributing their continued growth pattern to delivering Outstanding Customer Service. 4 new sales consultants and 2 further customer services operatives join the Atia team.

‘Atia have never churned a customer to a competitor, even in today’s economic environment’, states Client Services Director, Piper Paske. ‘Throughout 2008, Atia pre invested heavily in people and applied significant resources to their customer services division. Atia recognised that enhanced customer services would be the key differentiator to delivering customer satisfaction in the Pure IP, PBX market. ‘Our investment has paid off, with most of our customers rating our services as ‘excellent’, in recent independent customer satisfaction surveys’ Paske comments.

Atia is optimistic that the demand for Pure IP PBX solutions will continue to increase throughout 2009, despite the current tough economic environment. ‘New customers that are replacing a phone system are rejecting hardware based products for flexible IP solutions’ states Simon Mitchell, Atia Sales Director, ‘Customers are recognising that the phone is a sales tool and not just an expensive necessity’ Mitchell continues. Atia is expecting a doubling of revenues in 2009 over 2008, continuing a growth pattern that out performs the market.

In Q1 2009, Atia will be launching a customer web portal to dynamically monitor and track support cases. This will enable our customers to log faults via a secure web portal with automatic updates on line. Our Network Operating Centre, which was launched in Q2 2008, is proactively monitoring over 10,000 IP PBX end users, further enhancing the customer experience and adding considerable value to our customers.

Coinciding with customer service initiatives, Atia have increased their sales force by a further 4 consultants and the technical team by a further 2, all starting in January 2009.

In Q4 2008, our technical team delivered over 1,000 pure IP PBX end users, and took a single order for 1,000 pure IP users to be delivered in 2009. Both signal that the market for pure IP PBX solutions is strong and continues to grow.
